3DeMotion: julio 2014

The Crow 3D is my first project on 3D animation, at the moment still being a work in progress. This project was concibed a few years ago with Luciano, a friend. Both huge fans of The Crow of James O' Barr and 3D developers. So we talked a lot in 2012 - 2013 about make this but I really started to make it this year, alone for the moment.

About The Crow

Just like an introduction to the crow, let me tell you that The Crow is a very sad story about a couple killed on the road, Eric, the guy, come back from the dead 1 year after his murder to revenge his girlfriend. The original idea from James O' Barr is a graphic novel. but theres a few movies too. The Crow (1993), is the only one who respect the original idea, Brandon Lee interpreted Eric Draven and he dies during the film. After this was realized a few more movies, like parallels storys but aren't good enough: City Of Angels, Salvation, Wicked Prayer and a TV show called Stairway to Heaven.

The Crow 3D would be based only on graphic novel. Why? I don't like how movies distorted the original idea of James, first movie is very close but not at all, The Crow 3D would be an exact copy of the graphic novel excepting on Eric Draven's look (I'll use Brandon Lee from first movie as reference)
